  1. 8 cups popped popcorn

  2. oil for popping corn

  3. 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine

  4. 1 garlic clove , finely minced

  5. 2 tablespoon herbs de Provence (a blend of dried marjoram , thyme , summer savory , basil , rosemary , sage , and fennel ) Found in your spices aisle at the grocery store

  1. In a large pot, add 1/4 Cup vegetable oil.

  2. Heat on medium high, add a few kernels to the oil.

  3. When the first kernels pop add the rest of the popcorn kernels.

  4. Melt butter in small saucepan; add garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in herbs de Provence.

  5. Place popcorn in large bowl. Toss flavored butter mixture over popcorn; serve immediately.

  6. Enjoy
