  1. Chicken breast 1 , thinly sliced

  2. Thai chili 5 , sliced

  3. Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm) , minced

  4. White onion 12 , sliced

  5. Green onion 1 , chopped

  6. Red bell pepper 14 , sliced

  7. Oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon

  8. Thai sweet black sauce 1 Teaspoon

  9. Cooking oil 1 Teaspoon

  1. Directions MAKING 1. In a wok, heat cooking oil. Add Thai chili and garlic and saute it.

  2. Tip in the chicken and stir well.

  3. Add oyster sauce, black sauce, white onion, red bell pepper and stir fry for 5 minutes.

  4. Add green onions and mix well.

  5. SERVING 5. Serve the Spicy Thai Chili Chicken with fresh salad.
