  1. 150 g Bean vermicelli/Bean threads

  2. 50 g 50 g 1/2 pc

  4. Premium Oyster Sauce

  5. 3 tbsp Water

  6. 250 ml Corn starch

  7. 1 tsp

  1. Soak bean vermicelli in water until soft. Drain.

  2. Stir-fry bacon in 1 tbsp oil until crispy. Set aside.

  3. Use remaining oil to stir-fry bell peppers for 1 minute. Add rice vermicelli, bean vermicelli and sauce mix. Cook until sauce thickens. Stir in fried bacon.
