  2. 2 lb Beef chuck or stew meat

  5. 1 1/2 ts Salt

  6. 1/2 t Pepper

  7. 1 1/2 c Beef broth

  8. 1 t Worcestershire sauce

  9. 1 Garlic clove

  10. 1 Bay leaf

  11. 1 t Paprika

  12. 4 Carrots -- sliced

  13. 3 Potatoes -- diced

  14. 2 Onions -- chopped

  15. 1 Celery stalk -- sliced

  16. 2 ts Kitchen Bouquet -- (opt)

  1. Place meat in crockpot. Mix flour, salt, and pepper, and pourover meat; stir to coat meat with flour. Add remainingingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on Low 10-12hours. (High: 4 to 6 hours). Stir stew thoroughly beforeserving.
