  1. Pasta: I like to start a large pot of water on the stove first for the pasta. This way the water can boil while you prepare everything else. In a hot skillet at olive oil and cook the cubed or sliced chicken (I like to add just a little salt and pepper to the chicken while its cooking) In a separate skillet add the rest of the olive oil and saute the onions until barely transparent. Add the tomatoes, basil and garlic, add garlice salt, italian seasoning, and pepper to taste. Saute for anoter 1-2 mins. Add alfredo sauce and chicken heat to boiling then simmer for 5-10 mins. Serve over penne pasta. Note: you can use any pasta you desire obviously, I prefer the taste and texture of this dish with the penne pasta. Garlice Bread: Preheat oven to 375*. Slice bread in half long ways and place on cookie sheet. In a bowl combine butter and seasoning and blend well. Spread butter mixture all over bread and bake for 5-8 mins. Swtich oven to broil and heat under broiler 5-8 mins depending on your oven or just until the tops of the bread are golden brown. Cut and serve with the alfredo pasta or any of your own favorite pasta dishes. ENJOY!
