  2. porrige oats

  3. milk

  4. Tin condensed milk

  5. 3 Banana thin sliced,

  6. Prunes stoned and chopped

  7. Apples shredded (grated ) - we prefer the sharpness of Granny Smiths,

  8. and any other fruits in season (cherries, raspberries, strawberries etc to taste)

  1. Put porridge oats, milk and condensed milk in a big bowl, stir well and soak overnight.

  2. In morning add sliced banana, chopped prunes,shredded (grated ) apples - we prefer the sharpness of Granny Smiths, and any other fruits in season (cherries, raspberries, strawberries etc to taste) and gently stir in. A simple cold breakfast which has healthy undertones and our children and friends love it.
