    1. 3/4 c Half and half cream

    2. 1/2 c Milk

    3. 1 pk

    4. 4 oz instant vanilla pudding

    5. 2 tb Bourbon or rum

    1. In a mixing bowl,whip together cream,milk,pudding mix and bourbon.

    2. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.

    3. Serve on or beside slices of pie.

    4. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
