  1. 3 eggs

  2. 1 cup mawa (khoya)

  3. 1 tbsp pure ghee

  4. 1/2 cup sugar

  5. 1 tbsp chopped dry fruits

  6. 1 tsp ground green-cardamom

  7. 1/2 cup fresh-milk

  1. Mix the eggs, mawa, sugar and milk together until the sugar dissolves.

  2. Put a heavy bottom pan on fire and melt the ghee.

  3. Pour the egg mixture in it.

  4. Stir continuously till the eggs are cooked.

  5. Fry till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.

  6. Remove from fire, mix the dry-fruits and cardamom-powder.

  7. Now the delicious halwa is ready to serve
