  1. 1 1/4 cups Florida Orange Juice

  2. 1 cup skim milk

  3. 2 large egg yolks

  4. 1/2 cup granulated sugar (scant)

  5. 3 tablespoons cornstarch

  6. 1 (1/4 ounce) packet unflavored gelatin Prepared graham cracker pie crust

  7. 2 Florida Oranges, sectioned for garnish Confectioners' (powdered) sugar for garnish

  1. In a heavy saucepan, combine Florida Orange Juice, milk, yolks, sugar, cornstarch and gelatin until blended. Cook, stirring over medium heat until mixture is smooth and begins to boil. Remove from heat, and pour into pie crust when cool. Chill for at least one hour or until firm.

  2. Just before serving, sprinkle orange segments heavily with confectioners' sugar. Place 4 to 6 inches under preheated broiler until browned.
