  1. 6 Center cut pork chops

  2. Brine:

  3. 1 gallon Apple cider

  4. 2 1/2 cup Kosher salt

  5. 15 Juniper berries, crushed

  6. 1/2 bunch Rosemary

  7. 1 1/2 cup Sugar

  1. Combine apple cider, kosher salt, juniper berries, rosemary and sugar. Add pork chops and marinate in brine for 40 minutes, refrigerated. Remove chops from the marinade and pat dry. Cook on an open grill for approximately 10 minutes, turning as needed. Yield: 12 portions
