  1. peanut sauce

  2. 1/2 cup peanutbutter ( natural or Organic PB )

  3. 3/4 cup coconut milk

  4. 1 tsp grated lime zest

  5. 2 tbsp soy sauce

  6. 1 tbsp sugar ( organic, or brown sugar )

  7. 1 tsp grated ginger

  8. 1/4 tsp chilli flakes or suit to taste

  9. add all ingredients into pot on stove medium-low heat for 5-10 minutes

  10. add water to thin sauce if needed

  11. Bison meat ( ground or hamburger )

  12. oil for frying

  13. 1 1/2 lbs ground bison

  14. 2-3 garlic ( minced)

  15. 1 or 2 onions ( chopped) and/or green onions

  16. 1 tbsp lime juice

  17. 1 egg ( beaten)

  18. 1 tbsp chopped lemongrass ( optional)

  19. 1 tbsp Thai curry paste

  20. 1/2 tsp sea salt

  21. 2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)

  22. 1/4 cup of rice flour ( or wheat,buckwheat or other flour)

  23. 1 tbsp lemongrass ( chopped and minced) optional

  1. Mix all the bison burger ingredients...I use my hands..either make burgers or meatballs...heat pan on stove,..medium heat coat burger or meatball with rice flour then add to frying pan...maybe 6 minutes on each side when fully cooked...add to plate of brown rice and steamed vegetables add warm spicy Peanut sauce adapt to your own preference and enjoy
