  1. 8 ounces pork fat trimmed, cubed

  2. 1 each carrot peeled, thinly sliced

  3. 2 each potatoes unpeeled, diced

  4. 1 each onion diced

  5. 1 cup celery diced

  6. 2 cups cabbage green, shredded

  7. 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  8. 1/3 cup water cold

  9. 1/4 cup soy sauce reduced-sodium

  10. 1/4 cup ketchup

  11. 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  1. Spray large saucepan with cooking spray; add pork and cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until meat is browned. Add carrot and potatoes; cook 5 minutes, stirring often. Add onion, celery, and cabbage; cook 5 minutes or until potato is tender.

  2. Combine cornstarch and water in small bowl, whisking until cornstarch is dissolved. Add soy sauce, ketchup, and brown sugar; mix well.

  3. Pour sauce over stir-fry and toss to coat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
