  10. 1/4 cup broth mix

  11. 1/4 cup blackeyed peas

  12. 1/4 split red lentils

  13. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, turmeric and salt

  14. 1 green chiil and 1 medium onion finely sliced

  15. OPTIONAL EXTRAS 1 tbsp marrowfat peas

  16. 1 tbsp (adds a tasty bite)

  18. 10 sprigs fresh coriander washed and chopped

  19. 1 inch ginger peeled and grated

  20. 1 green chilli finely sliced
