  1. 1 lb ground sirlion

  2. 1 lb pork tenderlion

  3. 1lb beef chuck roast

  4. 3/4 lb hot italian sausage

  5. 24 oz. tomato sauce chunky style

  6. 6 cups water (or half beer and half water )

  7. 4 beef buoillon cubes

  8. 1 1/2 cups onion (large dice)

  9. 2 chipotile peppers (more if you like more heat)

  10. 4 tbsps chili powder

  11. salt and pepper to taste

  12. 2 cups peppers (larger dice)optional

  13. 1 14oz can kidney beans

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker except for kidney beans...cook for 6-8 hours until meat is falling apart.

  2. Add beans and cook 20-30 mins longer - check for spice - add as needed.

  3. If you want to do this stove top its easily done - just cut your meats into bite size pieces and brown with onions and peppers. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook over low heat for 4 hrs stirring frquently.
