  1. 2 pcs pork tenerloin, about 9 oz each 4 Tbs soy sauce

  2. 4 Tbs honey

  3. 1 Tbs sesame oil

  4. 5-6 minced garlic cloves

  5. 1 Tbs sesame seeds , or more if needed

  1. Heat oven to 400°.

  2. Mix the soy, honey, sesame oil and garlic.

  3. Place pork in baking dish (you may want to line the dish with foil), pour sauce over and turn pork to coat completely.

  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  5. Roast for 20 minutes.

  6. After 20 minutes, spoon pan juices over pork, cover loosely with foil, roast for about 10 more minutes.

  7. This is delicious sliced with the pan juices poured over.
