  1. 2 1/2 cup Water

  2. 1 medium Tomato, sliced

  3. 4 ounces Onion, finely diced

  4. 1 small Garlic clove, minced

  5. Salt and pepper or soy sauce

  6. To taste 12 ounces Cleaned shrimp

  7. 1 cup Cooked fresh lima beans

  8. 1 cup Cleaned spinach

  1. In saucepan combine water, tomato, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
