  3. 2 tablespoons Chili Powder

  4. 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

  5. 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  6. 1 teaspoon Black Pepper (coarse)

  7. 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend well. Allow mixture to marinate over nightor for 2-3 hours. Cook well.

  2. Serve with eggs and flour tortillas.

  3. Note: Chorizo is made with pork. If you prefer pork over beef, substitutewith a like amount.
