  1. 3 Diced tomatoes - (15 oz)

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Sun-dried tomatoes in oil - drained

  3. 1 Tomato paste

  4. 6 Garlic clove - minced

  5. 1 Onion - chopped

  6. Basil to taste

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Olive oil

  1. Heat oil in sauce pan. Then sauteethe garlic for one minute.

  2. Next, add onion, diced tomato, tomato paste, sun-dried tomatoes and basil.

  3. Cook and simmer for 1 - 1/2 hours.
