  2. sugar - 05 oz

  3. eggs - 08

  4. eggyolks-- 02 oz

  5. vanilla extract - few drops

  6. white chocolate melted - 150 grams

  1. Directions mix all the ingradients and melt white chocolate saperately. strain the mixture and add white chocolate. pour in glass bowl .bake it in 150 deg. cel. preheated oven wth water bath till it is semi set.let it cool down in fridge.

  2. caramelize it wth brulee torch and serve.
