  18. 2 tablespoons scallions -- chopped

  19. 1 teaspoon ginger root -- peeled, grated

  20. 2 tablespoons oil

  21. 2 green peppers -- diced

  22. 1 large onion -- diced

  23. 1 tomato -- cut in eighths

  24. 8 ounces pineapple chunks in juice -- drained

  1. Make small meatballs and set aside. Combine sauceingredients and set aside. Add oil to hot wok. Swirl.

  2. Stir fry garlic, scallions and ginger for 30 seconds. Addmeat balls and gently stir fry for about 1 minute. Removeingredients from wok. and set aside. Wipe wok clean.
