  1. For each piece of steak

  2. 1 breakfast steak or any thin steak (cut into pcs about 2-inchx6-inch)

  3. 1/2 slice bacon

  4. 1/4 teaspoon garlic, chopped

  5. 1/2 teaspoon parsley

  6. 1 teaspoon parmesan cheese

  7. To mostly cover the steak in pan

  8. tomato sauce

  9. 2 tablespoons oil

  10. toothpick

  1. Lay all steaks out flat on cookie sheets.Put 1/2 slice of bacon on each steak.Sprinkle parsley over each steak.Sprinkle parmesan over each steak.Sprinkle chopped garlic over each steak.Roll steak up and fasten with toothpick, so steak doesn’t unroll.Brown outside of steak rolls in oil in 4-6 qt pan.

  2. After all steak rolls are browned, put back in pan and cover with tomato sauce.(I usually cover the bottom of pan with steak so I would use approximately 2-3 8 ounce cans tomato sauce. I use a little water to make sure meat is completely covered.Simmer for approximately 1 1/2 – 2 hours. Sauce will thicken quite a bit. Make sure steak doesn’t start to stick to bottom of pan.
