  2. 5 ounces cream cheese, softened

  3. 1/8 cup minced fresh basil

  4. T minced peperoncini

  5. garlic clove, finely minced

  6. 1/8 lb thinly sliced cooked roast beef

  7. 1/8 cup shredded carrot

  8. 1/8 cup shredded zucchini

  9. 1 tsp "The Best Hot Barbeque Sauce You'll Ever Taste"

  10. 1 tsp dill weed

  11. 1/8 pound thinly sliced fully cooked ham

  12. 1/8 pound thinly sliced cooked turkey

  13. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, barbecue sauce, basil, peppers and garlic. Spread about 2 tablespoons on each slice of beef. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.

  14. 2 tablespoons on each slice of ham and turkey. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Slice into 1 1/2-inch pieces.

  15. Makes 2 dozen appetizers.
