  1. 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt

  2. 1/2 to 1 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning

  3. 1/2 dry mustard

  4. 1/4 tsp. garlic salt

  5. 1/4 tsp. Poppy seed

  6. 4 packets of Equal or sweetener

  7. 2 Tbs. orange juice

  8. 4 cups torn spinach leaves

  9. 8oz thinly sliced cooked chicken breast

  10. 2 cups sliced strawberries

  11. 1 cup seedless green grapes halved

  12. 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced yellow summer squash

  13. 2 medium oranges , peeled and sectioned

  14. 1/2 cup toasted pecan pieces ( optional )

  1. Combine yogurt, lemon-pepper seasoning, mustard, garlic salt, poppy seed and Equal or sweetener in a small bowl. Add enough orange juice to reach drizzling consistency; set aside.

  2. Line platter with spinach. Arrange chicken, strawberries, grapes, squash and orange sections over spinach. Drizzle salad with dressing. Sprinkle with pecans, if desired.
