  2. 200 g of cut rabbit meat

  3. Rice 500 Gram

  4. Â2 cut ripped tomatoes

  5. Potatoes 3 , sliced

  6. Lean bacon 100 Gram , smoked

  7. Â1 full head of garlic

  8. Â1 Spanish chorizo

  9. ÂSaffron

  10. Salt 1 To taste

  1. Directions

  2. 1.Preheat the oven to 200ºC

  3. 2.Heat olive oil in the pan, over medium heat, fry the garlic (without peeling it), the rabbit, the potatoes and the bacon

  4. 3.Once they are nicely golden brown add the rice and stir fry it a bit

  5. 4.Add the sliced chorizo

  6. 5.Add the boiling hot stock, the saffron and salt to taste
