  1. 3 bonless skinless chicken breasts

  2. 2 1/2 cups Stove Top stuffing mix

  3. 1/2 quart broccoli , no stems,florets only

  4. 1 &

  5. 1/2 cans Cambells cream of chicken soup

  6. 4 slices Velveta cheese

  7. bread crumbs

  8. Optional-cream of celery , cream of mushroom with garlic

  9. Optional- carrots , asparagus tips, artichoke hearts , California medely mix.

  1. Cook Chicken breasts in vegetable or olive oil until seared but not cooked. Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces and line bottom of casserole dish. Steam what ever vegetables you wish to add around or on top of chicken, ( Look at Your options ). Add four slices velveta cheese over vegetables. Add soup mix over cheese, add Stove top stuffing mix cooked and prepared, and bread crumbs over stuffing. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes. A nice crusty and tasty casserole with a whole lot of comfort flavor that is easy and healthy.
