  1. 1lb ground beef

  2. 1 medium onion grated

  3. 2 tsp garlic (adjust based on taste)

  4. 1 tsp paprika or cayenne

  5. 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds

  6. 2 green cardamom pods crushed

  7. 1 tsp ginger grated

  8. 1/2 tsp garma malsa

  9. salt and pepper to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients and knead well (otherwise they will not stick together and fall apart). You have to mix the ingredients and knead the entire mixture. Then take a small chunk of the mixture about 1.5inch size ball and roll it till it sticks together nicely.

  2. Shape into kebabs after kneading and rolling. Cook in a frying pan on medium heat. Making sure to flip when one side is browned.( takes 5-10 minutes depending on your pan and type of stove)

  3. Brown the other side and its ready to serve.

  4. You can have this with some sort of sauce or plain depending on taste and diet.
