  1. 1 cup cauliflower (cut into pieces)

  2. 1 cup green peas

  3. 1 cup tomato puree

  4. 3 cloves

  5. 1tsp fennel seeds

  6. 1 cinnamon

  7. Paste:

  8. 2 green chilies

  9. 1 onion (big)

  10. 1/4tsp turmeric powder

  11. 4 garlic flakes

  12. 1tsp red chili powder

  13. 1tsp cumin seeds

  14. 1/2tbsp coriander powder

  15. 12 cashew nuts

  16. 1/2tbsp oil

  17. 1/2tbsp ghee

  18. Salt as per taste

  19. Water

  20. Coriander leaves (to garnish)

  1. First put green chilies, onion, turmeric powder, garlic, red chili powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder and cashew nuts in grinder and make a paste

  2. Now heating up 1/2tbsp of ghee and 1/2tbsp of oil in a pan

  3. Put cloves, cinnamon and fennel seeds

  4. Fry them for a minute

  5. Now put the paste masala

  6. Mix them well and cook on a slow flame till the oil separates from the masala

  7. Add the tomato paste and mix well

  8. When the masala starts boiling add green peas and cauliflower

  9. Put salt as per taste and mix altogether well with the masala

  10. Add little bit of water

  11. Now pressure cooks it until 1 whistle

  12. Gobi mutter masala is ready now

  13. Garnish it with coriander leaves

  14. Serve it with roti, parantha, naan or bread
