  1. Pumpkin Mix (8 Oz Can of Your Choice)eggs , ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks, ginger, whole milk, condensed milk (8oz can),cream cheese, brown sugar, white sugar, rum, vanilla, 6-8 ready pie crust

  1. In a small bowl mix pumpkin pie mix, two eggs, tsp ground cinnamon, half tsp finger. Mix all togerther. Then place pie mix in a cup cake sheet. Bake at 450 then reduce to 350 for 45 minutes. For the Flan, in a blender mix, cream cheese, five eggs, condensed milk, and use same can to add whole milk. Add tsp vanilla and rum and blend.On a teflon pan mix 1 cup of water with two cinnamon sticks. Allow to boil and then add 1 cup of brown sugar and white sugar. Once the sugar is a golden brown add a small amount to each cup cake before adding the flan mix. Place sugar mix into the cup cake sheet and add the flan mix. Broil flan for 45 min at 350. Once done allow both to completely cool.

  2. Once the pumpkin pie and flan cup cakes have been cooled off. Place the pumpkin pie cupcakes on the ready pie crust. For the flan you will need to flip them over so the caramel will sit on the top and them place it over the pumpkin pie.
