  1. 1 head of cauliflower

  2. 1 head of broccoli

  3. 2 bell peppers (red, green,yellow, orange ) any will do

  4. 4 green onions

  5. 1/2 red onion

  6. 1 cup baby carrots

  7. 2 tablespoons garlic

  8. 1 tsp black pepper

  9. 1 tsp salt

  10. 1 tsp turmeric

  11. 1 tsp curry (yellow)

  12. 1/2 tsp nutmeg

  13. 1 1/2 cups of your favorite cheese shredded (3 different kinds if you want)

  14. 4 cups of water with

  15. 4 chcken boullion cubes or 4 cups of chicken stock

  16. 1 can 14 oz evaporated milk or half & half and heavy cream to equal

  17. 14 ounces

  1. Break cauliflower and broccoli into florets or cut them up and place in bottom of crock pot. Add carrots to this.

  2. Dice bell peppers, onion, and garlic add to crock pot.

  3. salt,pepper, curry, turmeric for color and flavor about 1 tsp each to start with. Add water and boullion or chicken stock.

  4. Cook on High 6-8 hours. in a Crock Pot, Stove top is quicker method. Both work equally well 1 hour before serving-remove 2 cups of broth from the vegetables.

  5. Put in medium saucepan,put on high heat, when it begins to boil. add 4 tbsp cornstarch to cold water and whisk into broth mixture (mix cornstarch and water in a small glass or jar and then add to the broth).

  6. Grate your favorite types of cheese, I use about 1/2 cup of each kind and add it to hot broth mixture. When it has melted all of the cheese and it is a thick consistency, pour it all back into the crock pot. Let simmer for another 1/2 hour. I have added crumbled bacon and I have also used diced ham. Serve with oyster crackers, or crusty bread or rolls. Nice green salad on the side. Awesome winter meal! Enjoy!
