  1. 250 gm (ground) meat

  2. 2tbsp yogurt

  3. 1tbsp (fried) onions

  4. 1tbsp almonds

  5. 1tsp ginger paste

  6. 1tsp garlic paste

  7. 1tbsp papaya (for tendering)

  8. 1tsp poppy seeds

  9. 1tsp coconut powder

  10. Salt as per taste

  11. 1/2tsp garam masala

  12. 1tsp red chili powder

  13. 1tsp coriander powder

  14. 2tsp oil

  15. 1 cup water

  16. 4 cloves

  17. 4 (green) cardamom

  18. 1tbsp (roasted) chana

  19. Cilantro leaves (garnish)

  1. First heating up a pan

  2. Put red chili powder and coriander powder

  3. Roast them together for few minutes

  4. Heating up oil in a pan

  5. Put the ground meat in the hot oil

  6. Put roasted red chili powder and coriander powder mixture

  7. Add salt and garam masala

  8. Put ginger and garlic paste

  9. Add papaya and yogurt

  10. Mix altogether well

  11. Pour water to it

  12. Add the cloves and green cardamoms

  13. Close the lid of the pan

  14. Cook it for 15 minutes

  15. In the mean time put poppy seeds, coconut, almonds, fried onions in blender and roasted chana

  16. Make a fine powder

  17. Now add the mixture with the meat

  18. Mix it well and cook for another 5-8 minutes

  19. Keep on stirring when cooking

  20. Delicious keema is ready

  21. Garnish it with cilantro leaves

  22. Have it with roti, naan or parantha
