  1. 1 1/2 lb. frozen haddock

  2. 8 oz. crab meat, rinsed and drained

  3. 2 cups cubed bread

  4. 1/2 cup butter

  5. 2 cloves garlic , minced

  6. 1-2 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning (to taste)

  7. 1 stalk celery , chopped

  8. 1/4 cup red onion , chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place frozen haddock in greased baking dish.

  2. Melt butter in large saute pan over medium heat. Add garlic, celery, and onion. Stir and saute for 2-3 minutes, or until vegetables start to soften a tad. Add crab meat and Old Bay seasoning and saute for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat, add bread cubes and mix thoroughly.

  3. Pour stuffing mixture over fish in prepared dish. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until stuffing is golden brown and haddock is cooked throughout.
