  2. 1/3 c milk

  3. 1 oz oat bran

  4. pinch of salt

  5. 2/3 oz grated cheese (preferrably medium-old)

  6. 1 ts oil

  1. whisk eggs and milk with salt. Add oat bran and let it rest for 5 minutes and bake in frying pan. Top it off with cheese. Makes 2 small pancakes or 1 big.

  2. Makes 1 grain, 1 fat, 1 protein.
