  2. 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter

  3. 2 oz. fat-free cream cheese, cut up

  1. Place corn in a steamer basket over boiling water 7-8 minutes, or until tender. Drain and return corn to saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients until cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
