  2. 3 1/2 pounds deer chuck roast

  3. 1 can tomatoes -- (1-pound)

  4. 1/2 cup water

  5. 1 cup chopped onions

  6. 1 clove garlic

  7. 1 can chili beans

  8. 2 teaspoons chili powder

  9. 1 can chili beef soup

  10. 1/2 cup diced green pepper

  11. rice

  1. Cut meat into 1" strips. Roll in flour. Brown in skillet. Put in slow cooker or crock pot. Add tomatoes, water, onion, chili powder, soup, chili beans, garlic and green pepper. Set on low to low-medium heat setting for about 6 hours. Serve with rice.
